Code of Ethics

Charlotte Eléa’s Code of Ethics:

I will honestly report what I see, think, feel and hear and know in my sessions with clients, and will do my best to provide helpful background information, context and education.

I will ensure that my clients are aware that their actions will affect the outcome of any intuitive insights and recommendations, and that they know they have free will and the responsibility to exercise it.

I will not give legal, medical, or investment advice, or psychological diagnosis. I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide.

I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, ability, or sexual preference.

I will keep confidential the names of my clients and all information shared or discussed during sessions, online courses and email communication, unless otherwise requested or approved by my client or required by a court of law.

I will not conduct intuitive readings of anyone other than my client, or any other reading that violates my personal ethics.

My goal is to provide help and assistance. I communicate with compassionate, hold my clients responsible for their own choices, emotions and behavior, and will offer insights and solutions to problems.  If it is not possible to answer a question without actual or potential harm to my client or another, I will ask my client to rephrase the question.

I will be prompt, honest, friendly and respectful in all communications and transactions with my clients.

I will discuss and agree upon all fees with my clients in advance. Should a client wish to proceed beyond the originally agreed arrangement, all additional fees (if any) will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.

I will respect my clients’ right to terminate their contract at any time.

Disclosure Statement: A tarot professional cannot predict the future with certainty and you should not rely on a tarot reading to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, tarot reading cannot replace qualified mental health care. A tarot reading can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation. In certain jurisdictions, a tarot professional is required to disclose to you that tarot readings should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.

I am bound by this self-imposed code of ethics, which can be provided to you upon request.
